Brooke Stephens, MA, LMFT

Vice President of the Board

Brooke Stephens is a licensed marriage and family therapist (#1492) who began her career in the field of mental health in 2011. Throughout her journey as a provider, she has gained a wealth of experience in working with diverse populations (including adolescents, teens, and adults) and providing care to individuals, couples, families, and groups within the human services department for the State of Tennessee, the State of California, and judicial system, outpatient, and residential treatment settings.


Over the last seven years at BrightQuest Treatment Centers, Brooke has had the opportunity to support and create a thriving milieu that has helped hundreds of individuals with severe psychiatric diagnoses build a life of self-management, independence, and belonging. From clinical intern to therapist to clinical manager to clinical consultant to interim executive clinical director to training and development specialist, Brooke has continued to cultivate a career of healing and growth for clients, families, and supervisees.


Brooke is also the founder of Three Pines Therapy, where she continues to provide outpatient services to clients through individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, as well as clinical supervision to those pursuing licensure.


Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a master’s degree in counseling psychology, specializing in marriage and family therapy, from Argosy University in San Diego. She is an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) for post-master’s LMFT and licensed professional counselors (LPC) candidates in Tennessee.
